Hi, I’m Katie Higley, and I’m so glad you’re here!

It has been my lifelong dream to create The HeART Collective—a space where teachers from diverse creative fields come together to share their gifts with the world. I am SO inspired by people and the incredible talents we hold within our HeARTs. This space is designed to nourish and help those gifts flourish, feeding the soul through music, art, and connection.

 

Music has been my heartbeat since I was six months old, humming “Silent Night.” By age two, I was “performing” from a Reader’s Digest in the bathroom singing at the top of my lungs with a hair brush. My passion grew as I joined “Sunshine Generation,” performed in 22 musicals before high school graduation, and became a multi-instrumentalist.

As a two-time Hollywood Week contestant on American Idol, TEDx speaker and a professional artist development coach for over 17 years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients find their voice and artistry. I’ve composed for ABC’s Family Heritage Stories, written over 25 training musicals used worldwide, and created the Uke’nHymns App.

 

I’m the happy co-owner of License Training Musicals (LTM), a curriculum creator, and the founder of iVibeAlive Studio, where I wear many creative hats—producer, composer, recording engineer, music coach, marketer & school administrator. I hold a Bachelor’s in Commercial Music from BYU and certifications in music technology and an honorary degree in Chaplaincy in Spiritual Music from the World Spiritual Health Organization.

Beyond the studio, I’ve served as the Head Chair for Spanish Fork’s Got Talent for five years and currently serving on the Payson/Santaquin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. I love serving my community. Helping others shine their light is my favorite!

I absolutely love being the wife of Jeremy Higley and mom to our four wonderful, homeschooled children, Emmitt, Riley, Bailey & Noah They are full of life and creativity and it's been a joy to help them grow. As a follower of Jesus Christ, I live by my favorite quote, “For your talent is God’s gift to you; what you do with it is your gift back to God.” -Leo Buscoglia. My favorite scripture is Psalms 46:10 "Be Still and Know that I am God." Living life with a heart surrendered to the creator of our souls has been the greatest privilege of eternity. Knowing Him and creating with Him is my greatest treasure. I long to be in His Holy Presence everyday and He grants my heARTs desires!! I WILL FOREVER PRAISE GOD, MY FATHER, JESUS CHRIST and the HOLY SPIRIT!!
